Nice
This data manager is really nice :) It reminds me a bit of the "Permissions Manager" in "MultiZilla".

BTW. Are the screenshots a sign, that "Personas" is coming to SeaMonkey? ;)

Disappointing
I tried 0.8 on my old WinXP system and all it did was spin its wheels, locking up Minefield. I was hoping 0.9 might have corrected this. Installed on Minefield on my new Win7 64-bit system. Same thing. Spins its wheels and causes Minefield to hang making me force Minefield closed.

Hmm, that's not good. Could you try once again with having the error console open and tell me if it notes any errors there? I'd need to reproduce your problem here (which I can't) or find a good error message that explains to me what's up and how I could fix it, but I'd really hope I actually can fix this problem of yours.

Existing managers obsolete? Not IMHO
IMHO this (astounding) new Data Manager does not make the existing ones obsolete: the Data Manager lists all sites with any data stored, and allows comparing the various kinds of data for each site. In certain cases this is perfect. However, in other cases I'm interested only in (for instance) passwords, and in such a case I'll use the (old-style) Password Manager because it omits any site with no saved password.

Then again, the Data Manager doesn't list the password for my Google Calendar (with both Lightning and "Provider for Google Calendar" extensions) under Google, but under the domain name (skynet.be) which is part of my Google username. In the "old" Password Manager, that password comes at top (because my first name starts with a) but in any case, it is one of the very few which doesn't start with "http" or with "mailbox" so it would be easy to find anyway (since the "old" list is sorted on the full URI, which is not always useful, but in this case — "antoine.mechelynck@skynet.be (Google Calendar)" — it is).

Tony, that this is listed wrongly sounds to me like a bug in the add-ons that save it this way.
The format it saves this in is not officially supported by the login manager, so it's almost a wonder that Data Manager even finds _some_ way to display it in some domain, IMHO.

Also, the target is to reduce the number of managers, and not to increase them with multiple redundant ways to access them.

Disappointing-Update
KaiRo,

It looks like it may be an interaction with another extension. I was able to install and have Data Manager work--the only other extension installed was TMP.

When it does hang Minefield, it does so immediately and no errors shows in Console. I will have to go through each one and see which one or more may be conflicting with Data Manager.

Thanks, if it's really a conflict with TMP, it surely would be interesting what the conflict is - not having anything in error console is unfortunate, though.

Disappointing-Update 2
TMP is not conflicting with Data Manager. It just happened to also be installed on my "test" profile. I was testing it for another reason and decided to test Data Manager in that profile, too.
