Nice
I really like your data manager. There are some unexpected behaviours, like changing tabs if they're disabled but in general I really like the idea.

What about giving it a nice look like the addon manager has or rather will have, once it's done?

Robert, I'd like to ask, is it planed Profile-Guided Optimization (PGO) for SeaMonkey builds in repository ?
I think it would be a great idea to improve speed of SeaMonkey builds ...

Mic:
I'd be happy about design ideas for sure, I focused on functionality first. :)

Dove:
PGO for SeaMonkey doesn't have any connection to this blog post.

Pardon me, I should try the previous one , but by a mistake posted it here ...

By the way , are you answering in the old previous yours blog posts ;)?
I wanted to ask - Does The Data Manager have an option to optimize a data base and compact it ?

I'm answering to any comment, no matter how old the post is - if it makes sense.

And no, Tahoe Data Manager doesn't offer any services on databases, only on the data itself (but, just to add on that, Firefox 4 and SeaMonkey 2.1 auto-compact most databases anyhow).

I just know one great function that imo must be in every data manager...,
it's a "to move all data to temporary place and then after - import that all data back".
By some strange magic forces this operation compacts and optimizes all bases I've ever seen ;). I hoped to see this stuff in Tahoe ...
