On default home page http://start.czilla.cz/ for Czech Mozilla Suite and Seamonkey is Suite still major browser, see http://en.navrcholu.cz/Statistics/81644/2007/03/browsers-versions/

Month ago we put banner there for Suite users "Upgrade to Seamonkey" and there is some progress (compare with http://en.navrcholu.cz/Statistics/81644/2007/01/browsers-versions/ ), but still Seamonkey is minor browser there.

You're right, there are too many people using old browsers (and that doesn't just include the Mozilla Suite), but you can't trust your statistics to be an accurate measure.

Many of the Mozilla Suite users you are seeing will have had it installed by friends, because they are not very technical themselves and didn't change the default homepage. On the other hand, the technical users are more likely to have updated, but also more likely to have changed the homepage.
