Weekly Status Report, W22/2012
Here's a short summary of Mozilla-related work I've done in week 22/2012 (May 28 - June 3, 2012):
I'm writing this update from the Mozilla Space in Mountain View, and it's really good to be here, so many chances to discuss different topics with other Mozillians here and hopefully also move forward some of the topics where we have ongoing discussions.
Also, because I'm here and next week is Stability Work Week, I'm not sure if or when I get to write up a status report on the current week - even less on the week after, esp. with me going on vacation for two weeks following that one.
I'll be back to normal work - and hopefully well-rested - on July 1st!
- CSI:Mozilla / CrashKill:
More discussions on web app runtime, filed some followup bugs for the Socorro work there.
Did some triage of admin UI bugs as most of its current version is going away, filed a bug for a new "missing entries" view for the future.
Worked with Naoki on figuring out what exactly to do for some skiplist bugs that affect mobile.
Worked on some stats around Socorro bugs and crash signatures that I wanted to have around for Stability Work Week.
Just like every week, watched new/rising crashes, caring that bugs are filed where needed. - Various Discussions/Topics:
Stability work week planning, Android XUL Fennec rendering fix, SeaMonkey infrastructure, switch to MPL2 headers, community event calendar, LGPL and Mozilla code, etc.
